Together they form a complete bleaching experience that means whiter and healthier teeth.
Each box comes with 5 trays : 5 to the bottom teeth, 5 for the top. With one box, you will see a visible difference in your teeth shade. All it takes is between 15 and 60 minutes of wear-time per day, so you can whiten in traffic, at work, in the shower, anywhere! DIRECTIONS
Remove tray from package, center the tray along your teeth, and suck down to seal and remove any air. Remove the outer tray, and suck down again to make sure the inner tray is placed correctly. Feel free to adjust they tray with your fingers as needed. Wear 10% for 30–60 minutes and 15% for 15–20 minutes. Once finished, remove the tray, and brush your teeth. Do not swallow any of the remaining gel.
